# Cart dashboard

> Every cart and browsing session in one live table — filter by tab, search by Cart ID, email or name.

Open **Dashboard** from the app menu. This is where your team spends most of its time.

> [!TIP]
>
> The dashboard keeps itself up to date. It refreshes every few seconds while it's open and as soon as you switch back to its browser tab, so you can leave it open on a second screen.

## Stat cards

| Card | Shows |
| - | - |
| **Today's Visitors** | Everyone active since midnight, split into **New** and **Returning**, plus a **LIVE** count of visitors active in the last 5 minutes. |
| **Today's Carts** | Carts with activity today, plus a **LIVE** count of carts active in the last 30 minutes. |
| **Total cart value** | The combined value of all current carts, in your store currency. |
| **Total Sales** | The value of orders placed from tracked carts, and how many orders that is. |

> [!NOTE]
>
> A visitor counts as **Returning** if they had activity in your store before today.

## Tabs

Each tab shows its count in brackets, for example **Abandoned Carts (12)**.

| Tab | Shows |
| - | - |
| **All Carts** | All current activity — shoppers with carts **and** shoppers who are just browsing. |
| **Live Carts** | Carts active in the last 30 minutes. |
| **Today's Carts** | Carts active today. |
| **Week to Date Carts** | Carts active in the last 7 days. |
| **Abandoned Carts** | Carts with no activity for more than 1 hour that haven't been ordered. |
| **Support Tickets** | Support requests sent from the [cart widget](https://codebeans-customer-cart-manager.mintlify.site/storefront/support-form.md). |
| **Archived** | Carts you've hidden with **Hide Cart**. |

Archived carts appear only in the **Archived** tab.

## Search

The search box filters the current tab by:

* **Cart ID** — either format, with or without the `#` (for example `v_yna3sj0b2`, `#42` or `42`). Part of an ID also matches.
* **Customer email**
* **Customer name**

On the **Support Tickets** tab, search also looks inside the ticket's message.

## Table columns

| Column | Description |
| - | - |
| **Cart ID** | The cart's ID and its status badge: **Browsing**, **Cart**, **Checkout** or **✓ Order Placed**. |
| **Customer** | The customer's email or name, or **Guest** if they're not known. |
| **Company** | The company name for B2B customers, or from the shipping address. |
| **Cart Value** | Total value of the cart. |
| **Creation Time** | When the cart was created. |
| **Last Updated Time** | When the shopper was last active. |
| **Cart Details** | **View Details** opens the [cart](https://codebeans-customer-cart-manager.mintlify.site/carts/cart-details.md). Status icons appear next to it. |

### Status icons

| Icon colour | Meaning |
| - | - |
| 🟢 Green order icon | An order was placed from this cart. |
| 🟢 Green phone (incoming) | Last contact: **Customer contacted us**. |
| 🔵 Blue phone (outgoing) | Last contact: **We contacted customer**. |
| 🟠 Amber info icon | Last contact: a **Support Request** from the widget. |

Hover over an icon to see the contact type and date.

## Support Tickets tab

Lists every support request with:

* **Cart ID / Customer** — the cart the request came from.
* **Message** — the shopper's answers, one line per form field.
* **Submitted At** — the date of the request.
* **View Cart** — opens the cart so you can follow up.

## Pagination

Choose **10**, **25** or **50** rows per page at the bottom of the table, and use the arrows to move between pages.

## Limit banners

| Banner | When it appears |
| - | - |
| **Cart Tracking Disabled** | You're on the Free plan, which doesn't track carts. |
| **Monthly Cart Tracking Limit Reached** | You've reached this month's tracked-cart limit. Carts you're already tracking keep updating; new carts aren't recorded. |

Click **Upgrade Plan** in the banner to change plans.
