# CB Customer Cart Manager

> See every shopper's cart as it happens, help them by Cart ID, and turn carts into Shopify draft orders — all from your Shopify admin.

**CB Customer Cart Manager** by Codebeans gives your team a live window into what shoppers are putting in their carts. Every cart gets a short **Cart ID** that the shopper can quote to your support team, so you can open the exact cart, see what they browsed, and build them a draft order in a couple of clicks.

### What shoppers see

A small card on your cart page or cart drawer shows their **Cart ID** and a button to send the cart to your support team. You choose the design, the wording, and where it appears.
